Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping speed.
Delivery Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as Canada Post to ensure your products arrive safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Return & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our formulations.  We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following specific conditions:

Product Arrived Damaged: If your item was broken, leaking, or damaged during transit.
Skin Irritation: If you experience an unexpected adverse skin reaction or irritation from a product.

Please note: Beyond these specific circumstances, all sale items, opened products without documented irritation, and general change-of-mind purchases are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order arrives damaged or causes skin irritation, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Email our support team at info@daintyskin.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
For Damaged Goods: Please attach clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping container.
For Skin Irritation: Please provide a brief description of the reaction so our team can better assist you and track product feedback.

Once reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions on sending the product back free of charge to you.

Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval/receipt of the returned item.
